Switch a Hotseat save to a M player save (For LAN games) my brother and I love Civ4 but we are having problems with the game getting slower because we both have to wait on the other guy, and then he can't see his units being attacked, only the messages. 
Is there a converter or can I just drop the save into the M player save folder?
