Hotseat bug Testing. Can someone help me to test/reproduce a bug?

I report a bug to the official ticket system, but they blame my PC. Can someone test this Multiplayer -> HOTSEAT save games? They always crash at turn 66 or 67, sometimes in turn 70-73, so I need someone to confirm this.
