Okay, I'm not trying to make a political statement-- I'm just interested in history. Here's lots of Wiki info on Rhodesia.
Ancient Leader: Cecil Rhodes-- Industrial, Economic

Re-skin the Artillery unit (but keep the values) to the six-wheeled South African 'Rhino' mobile artillery platform. I know SA was not the same as Rhodesia, but it's just for flavor.
