How am i doing with aztecs? what next?

I decided to try Aztecs, cause the trait combo is good, and honestly, i like em. I,m aiming for conquest, and i,m at regent(a newb at that difficulty, i only won once with diplo via the Dutch). Anyway...my wars take way longer than i think(the war i just finished with korea started at around the chivelery tech, ands now i,m at industrial).

I,ve attched the save ame file(just ignore the crazy name), and check it out. So, where next?
