How are people finding performance on a HD4400?

Just curious how people are finding performance for the game on a HD4400 (Intel Haswell ULV GPU, i5/7-4xxxu series). What resolution and settings?

I believe some members have Surface Pro 2/3s for example (judging by the touch screen controls, or lack of, thread).
