So lets just pretend for a moment that I somehow convinced millions of people to vote for her and she won the presidential race is 2012.

How bad could she be as the Command in Chief. There is congress and the judicial branch to check her actions.

What could she possibly do? Would she be that much worse than Obama?

Would she be that much worse than Bush?

I mean, she's more sensible than Glenn Beck.

Well, I'm sure comedians worldwide would be very greatful.

Considering she didn't even know who Hamas were until a few weeks after she became McCain's running mate..

The rest of the world might have sympathy on us knowing we have a hick running the place.
Other than that, I can't think of anything good.
Besides knowing Tina Fey has a permenant job at SNL for 4 years.

Well, let's put it this way. She can't really do as much damage as you might think, considering that the political system we have in place exists to limit the power of its members. That isn't to say that she couldn't tear this country apart at the seams (more than it already has been). Having her as the face of the United States in the international community would sacrifice any sort of reputation we ever had; "Yo Blair!"

Also, the amount of scientific progress she would have the ability to end is frightening.

To be honest, the idea that even we could elect someone as clearly ignorant and unfit for political leadership as Sarah Palin is scary within itself. I would see Bush re-elected before Palin.

Harding was worse, but you don't remember those years I'm guessing.

He's still in the bottom of the list.

There was one poll just about the Presidents since WWII and George W. Bush was ranked as the worst one.

That mainly because most people don't remember the earlier ones. People are pretty short-term in their memory. Carter was pretty bad.

He was President before the Second World War.

Imagine your international reputation. Imagine it being even worse, and then somehow getting even worser once she starts interacting with the rest of the world. She cant really ruin that much domesticly I'd think, unless the Reps also get a good majority in the Senate and such. Reps that back her, that is.

Let me simulate the experience for you.

"You betcha! Main Street! Wall Street! Main Street! Wall Street! Hockey moms! Hockey moms! Gee whiz! You betcha! Hockey moms! I can see Russia from my back porch!"

Do you feel nauseous yet? If so, good. You're still sane.

However, if we are lucky she will get probed for an ethics violation and then quit halfway through.
