Actually, there's an option (not a cheat). When talking to another civ you just have to press in active. Then you'll be able to cancel those deals not marked with numbers (they represent for how many turns the treaty is still valid). Look at the picture. In that case, you would be able to break the horses and wines routes, but you woudn't be allowed to break the right of passage treaty for another 15 turns.
I'm using v1.16f patch, w/ the "no CD" crack. I can *not* cancel a Right of Passage agreement with the Chinese. There is no number in front of it.
I agreed to this at the same time that I agreed to a Mutual Protection Pact. This was more than 20 turns ago. I can cancel the MPP, but I cannot cancel the RoP.
Yes, I had the same problem. Then I realized you're not given the option to cancel, you have to pull it up and re-negotiate. If they don't give what you want, simply click on the treaty and it will return to each players box.
