How can I import units in civ 3

Hi,
I have a problem:
I dont know how to import new Units in civ3.
I already downloaded civ3 units from this page.
I read some Threads but I dont understand them.
They said that I need a special Programm for PCX datas and I have to open then but I dont know really what I have to do with the datas.
Can somebody teach me how to do this.
Please say it in an easy form.

Its really not that hard, follow the tutorial one step at a time...before long you will be doing it in your sleep

hmm I have some problems with the understanding because I`m in Germany and I don`t understand it very well.
Hmmm does anybody know about a viedeo Turtorial?
And the turtorial that you send me is for C3C.
How I have only Civ3 with no add on!
