How can i play civ2 multiplayer?

I am new here but i have played Civ2 for a long time. The problem is that i dont' know how to play it with others. I need help. I would like to play my first multiplayer game soon.

Pimpopotomous@aol.com and Pimpopotomous@yahoo.com. When I have the time, I'm up for a game. I haven't played multiplayer yet and am looking for a game. My IP changes everytime I log in, so I have to give it to people before the game. I'm willing to host or join, don't exactly know how to do either, but I'll figure it out. I have dial up, so I prefer to do it at night. I'm in pacific standard time.
