None of the above
He finessed in Pearl Harbor, cashed his winner in South China Sea, played loser-on-loser in the Coral Sea, failed to preserve his entry in Midway, was stripped in Guadacanal, and was finally endplayed in Solomon Islands.

Yamato and a bunch of Japanese naval officers surprised Roosevelt in a game of UNO, but when they got down to the last card....THEY FORGOT TO SAY UNO (They couldn't read the rules printed in English DOH!!!). They kept forgetting to say UNO until Roosevelt won (after passing on to his proxy Truman). He taught them to SAY UNO in a big way.!

Bad Idea Perf.

People who don't allow you to chain/stack cards in UNO (like play a Draw Two on top of someone else's Draw Two, to pass the total along) are worse than Nazis.

I don't get it

I once got lucky and chained three +4s for my friend who just said Uno. My brother changed the color to the only one I didn't have in my hand.
