How do I add huts?

I'm trying to fix a couple of bugs in the Civ34 scenario, and I need to move some goodie huts. I can't figure out how to add huts in worldbuilder. Help please.

Go to the terrain improvements menu.

I see it its the second item, the icon was unfamiliar and so I didn't recognize it. Thanks.
