[Civ2] how do i add the scenario leagues graphics into civ2?

i just downloaded civ2, but i would like to install the graphics made by the scenario league, how do i do this?

It depends on what version of Civ2 you have installed. If you are using TOT, you can edit the graphics using regular Paint. If you are using MGE, you will be better off using Gimp (and preferably one of the older versions, such as 2.10.38)
