How do I disable FOG OF WAR

Not like I am asking for an option in game,or use the world builder, but a way to do it deliberately so that you can see what everybody is doing all the time.

I want this so that I can better study the AI logic and everything, towards developing an even tighter strategy.

You can do this from the console, here is how:

1. 
   Go to your "Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization IV Colonization" folder and open the "CivilizationIV.ini" file with notepad

1. 
   Change the "CheatCode" to "chipotle" like this: "CheatCode = chipotle"

1. 
   Start a game and hit the "~" key, this will open the console

1. 
   Type "Game.toggleDebugMode" and you'll remove the fog of war

1. 
   Hit the "~" key again to exit the console

There are many commands that can help you study the AI, like the "Game.AIPlay (number of turns)" and others. Just type "help" to get a description of all the commands possible...
