How do I enable lethal bombardment!!!!!!

How do enable lethal bombardment? I can't find it in the editor, and my radar artillary are just waiting to kick the crap out of some MIs in a 32 pop city.

its simple, select the unit you want with lethal bombardment, say radar artillery, and in the bottom left of the window, select the attributes, scroll to the bottom of the list, hold ctrl (VERY IMPORTANT) and select the type of lethal bombardment that you want.
