How do I get in to world builder?

Hi,

I'm a newbie playing Civilization IV 1.61. I love it. I'm on a MacBook Pro running OS X 10.4.10. How do I get into world builder? At what screen do I push [Option + W]? I just want to check it out, but can't seem to even figure out how to get into it. Thank you for any advice. Right now I'm in multi-player mode. Does it work in multi-player mode?

I've only run Civ4 in single player mode, and then you can get into WB by selecting the main menu and choosing Enter WorldBuilder. The keyboard shortcut to enter or leave WB here is Command-W, not Option-W and works whenever you are in the main playing screen in a game.

Should you be able to get into WorldBuilder in multi-player? It gives you total control over the map, units, cities of all the civs. That would make a multi-player game unplayable!
