How do I get it (Multiplayer Civ)?

I have been living under a rock for awhile, and I want to know how/where I can find Civ multiplayer? I knew vaguely that it existed but wasn't really sure what version it was in. Is it still sold? I don't have access to alot of stores (No english speaking ones) and I am in need of the multiplayer experience.
