How do I read the religion lens?

See title - the religion lens is nice and all, and I know where to look for how many followers there are for every religion in a city, but what I don't get is how to read all those arrows. What does a single arrow next to a religion mean and what a double arrow, as I've seen religions with a single arrow grow over religions with a double arrow. Same for the circle; what's it for exactly? How does it work?

I did a thread on it called "finding my religion"

No arrow means you have the majority
A double arrow indicates, I think its +300-400 Pressure
Double spikey arrow means 500+ pressure
A single arrow means less pressure or just there was once a religion placing pressure but no longer.

The circle is the percentage of followers of each religion in that city. Sometimes it doesn't adds up to the full circle because there might be some atheists/pantheonists.
