How do I remove the production penalty for having more units than my empire can support ?

I used to use a mod called No Unit Limit from steam workshop which effective raised my military supply to about over 3000 supply but now I am using the CBP and it probably renders the former mod useless. So I wanted ask if there is anyway I can raise my Unit supply by tweaking an XML or config file.
