How do I rush production?

I have read that slavery allows you to do this, but I don't know where or what button to push to make it happen?

There's a button directly above the "Emphasize" buttons on the city governor that lights up when you're running Slavery and you have enough population in that city to immediately finish whatever it's working on via . There's also a button right next to it that lights up when you're using Universal Suffrage and have enough $ to rushbuy the production.
