How do I see what mods I have subscribed to?

There's a mod I use, but I can never remember the name of it. What it does is allow multiple religious worship buildings and not restrict to first come/first serve.

The mod is not listed in game load and can't find the name in stream menus.

Mods should be listed in an Additional Content menu or something similarly named

Thank you. It was "spare beliefs" but mod no longer works.
