How do I UPLOAD WITH MOD BUDDY?

You're probably going to laugh at me, but I can't seem to figure out how to upload and package with mod buddy. My mods together and works but I can't seem to upload it. Help!!!

In ModBuddy it's Tools -> Online Services and then you need to login with GameSpy ID. Rest of the process is quite self-explanatory.

That's what I thought but when I tried to create an account it just said that it couldn't create an account with the imformation provided.
