I appolgise in advance if this is in the wrong forum

How do I go about posting screen shots of my new mod I am creating. I have done a tech tree for each era and I have nearly finished adding all the buildings and researching Histories for them. But i don't how to get a screen shot and make usable i.e. upload it on to a thread so people can look at it online instead of having to download it.
