how do u patch CIV1??

I have the oldest version, and it has a lot of bugs (especially when population is high)... does anyone know how to patch it?

Search for a patch online and download it. I, myself, have not had a need for one but I'm sure you will find one if there is one. After you have done that, consider playing the Civ I GOTM. There is a link in my signature
