I have two eating modes: regular and summertime (like daylight savings time). With regular, where I have to attend class, I have three proper and mostly balanced meals. Summer, I have two meals (I get up around 10-12, so the line between breakfast and lunch blur) and are most composed a whatever junk food I can get.

) though I occasionally will have a snack at that time if I went to bed with an empty stomach. As for the rest of the day, usually a late afternoon & mid evening meal. There's nothing 'square' about it, usually, but it fills me. I snack if I'm hungry, but I hate junk food, so this usually means warming up a small portion of leftovers.
