How do you gain the Charismatic trait?

I've trying this for a while but so far I have been unsuccessful. What events lead up to the chance of a minor leader gaining the charismatic trait? I would love to know that.

And since we are already on this topic, can somebody post the exact numbers for each trait if you know them? Thanks.

Go to Pedia > Orbis Concepts > Minor Leaders to find them. Charismatic has a chance of being given when you research Feudalism.

But hey, these kind of suck. Some are SO easy to gain (Spiritual!) and others are pretty hard (Charismatic).

Damn, searched the forums when it was in the pedia all this time. Thanks for pointing it out.

Still, the pedia does not give the exact % of it happening. I also noticed that some traits are hard to get even though they are not all that powerful, like creative or defensive.
Some traits also have the option of a 100% chance of gaining them, like Arcane or Aggressive. I think all traits should have such an option so that human player can plan ahead accordingly.
