How do you know what is going on in the world?

You guys always seem to have a good idea what is going on every second of the game. Who's friend with who. Who's attacking who. Where you rank in terms of military, economy, etc.... I must be missing the easy to read screen that tells me this. Tips please.

Info addict really your only option. Wish it was standard, but have to download a mod. There are some things I dont like about it but over all it is great and the only mod use
