Sorry if this belongs in another forum, but this is something that's been bothering me a bit. How do you set rally points for cities so that when you build units, they go somewhere automatically? I thought I remember reading the system for this was somehow improved over previous Civs, yet I can't find how you do a basic rally point!

Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know? :/

on the map...click on City name to open production queue... then, scroll to the rally point and ALT-RightClick. That's what the tooltip when I loaded the game earlier today said, anyway... good luck :goodjob:

Isn't it shift + right click? That's what I do anyway :)

Yes this is correct. You set an individual city's rally point by clicking on the title bar for the city, then shift+right click where you want the rally point.

IIRC you set a continent rally point by Ctrl-Clicking on a city's title bar to select certain cities on the continent, then shift+right click to set the rally point. Lastly, you set a global rally point by Alt-Clicking on a city's title bar to select all your civ's cities, the shift+right click to set the rally point.
