I see that if a bomber delivering a nuke takes more than 50 HP damage from anti-air units, the attack will fail. How does defense against nuclear missiles work, considering they don't have HP like the bombers?
Eventually nuclear weapons and intercontinental ballistic missiles became so powerful that the whole idea of air defense became somewhat quixotic, and interest in civil air defense waned.
