How many disc's to install?

I purchased Civ 4, Gold Edition & after installing disc's 1,2 & 3 it asks me for disc 4 which I don't have. Question is should there be 4 installation discs? I have 2 other discs: Behind the Scenes & Game Manuals. If disc 4 needed where can I get it? I'm using Vista Ultimate SP1.

Civ 4 Gold Edition should only have 4 discs: 3 CDs for installation and a Behind the Scenes DVD.
