How many ideas do you have for uniques and leaders for a Civilization game?

I could not find an appropiate subforum, so I put it in Civ5 - General Discussions, if a moderator would be kind to move this thread.

Feel free to tell your ideas and to think outside the box (who knows what new mechanics are they putting in Civilization VI), so here are my ideas (no description of them, sorry):

Sherman tank? The tank with paper thin armor and an exploding gas tank?

I concur with the UU options for Australia. UB building ideas for Australia include AFL Stadium (replaces stadium) and goldfield (replaces mint, but does not require a source of gold or iron nearby. Provides +1 gold on rivers, referring to how Australia had the richest city, my home city, until the 1890's depression). Only UA name idea I have is "The Lucky Country". List of UA's for Australia are:

- Additional +20% production and +1 gold from golden ages. -25% golden age cost.
- No new city unhappiness. +1 gold per city. Doubled science gained from trade routes. Science penalty reduced by half. doubled unhappiness per citizen.
- +50% GE spawn rate. Free great engineer upon researching Radio.
- Gold gifts to CS' provide 25% more influence. +50% gold from trade routes with CS'.

For the Netherlands, capital 3 would be Rotterdam. As for leader options, perhaps Wilhelmina or William I

Maybe Egypt could also have Tutankhamun as a leader

Turkey could have Ataturk

My Mod for Australia is Led by Sir Henry Parkes and contains the following UUs/UBs:

Colonial Settlement
Mining Town
Refugee Programme
Tourism Department
Digger Infantry
Prime Minister

It's UA name is "Boundless Plains to Share" (taken from the National Anthem). Capital 3 would be Melbourne.

For Canada, I'd add on a UA name of "From Sea to Shining Sea". In the mod I'm working on the UU is the Voyageur (Great Merchant/Caravan hybrid).

Perhaps, we could make this thread one where we think of Unique Units, Unique Buildings/Improvements, Unique Abilities and Leaders for civs(both new and old ones).

When was Rotterdam a capital of the Netherlands?

And Tutankhamun, despite being one of the most famous Pharaohs of Egypt (along with Ramesses II and Cleopatra), was not an important king, he is famous because of his tomb.

Sorry, didn't exactly catch the point

I thought it was the first 3 cities to settle in

My apologies

Utrecht was the capital for a really short time(Napoleon, *sigh*)

Winchester was a capital of England

Ulan Bator is an option for Mongolia

Toledo was a Spanish capital once

MR BEAN !!!!!

As a nasty boobytrap, have the possibility that Mr Bean suddenly comes to power UNEXPEXTEDLY. Buildings and bridges suddenly start to collapse due to shoddy workmanship, you ships start sinking and you armies just spontaneously going where they want all while the view of your empire with other countries goes through the floor...AND YOU CAN'T DITCH HIM FOR AT LEAST 5 MOVES!
