Is there an editor that will allow you to add a resource to a square?
I have looked at the various editors listed here and have downloaded the C3MT editors and looked at them but I have not been able to figure out how to add a resource to a saved game file, if this is possible.
C3MT has a copy tool, with an option to add a resource, but I cannot get it to load my saved game file.
I often spend many hours building up my civilization only to find I am missing a strategic resource (usually coal and sometimes oil) and do not want to have to go to war to obtain it.
