How to adjust XP gain?

Greetings. I want to make a small modification to the XP gain of units. On marathon, it takes an insane amount of XP to level units up, and I wish to modify that. Either by lowering the amount of XP needed for the higher levels, adjust the XP gain the units recieve from their corresponding building (Barracks, Shipyard, Stable and so on), or by increasing the amount of XP earned by kills.

Anyone know if I can modify this in a file (havent found any), or do I have to troll around with SQL?

I just found a way to alter the XP gain from Barracks, Armory and such, in Buildings.xml. I have to try this first

Jump into GlobalParameters.xml and search for "Experience". There's a number of values there that you can play around with.
