How to change Civ4/BtS/FfH2/ExtraModMod Title/Main Menu screen

I can't figure out where to change this screen:

The various tags refers to settings in CIV4ArtDefines_Interface.xml.

And just to be sure, I looked in that Fallen Angel folder and found an image that does not appear in the game, AFAIK:

Than it's probably packed into an FPK file.

So, how is that modified? Obviously the FfH creators, modmodders and such have changed the screens, so there should be some mention of it somewhere but I can't find it.

after you extract it you need to convert images to obj files then to .nif files which is a format created in 1997... lol
with nifskope you can edit them but the program is really verbose so I've given up on changing the main menu but if you find a way please let me know.
