How to change victory conditions?

Hello,
I have a very long game going on with only conquest and domination available. Is there a way how to edit the savegame via worldedit or any other way to add diplomatic victory? I just want to have fun with UN and Apostolic palace.

Im talking about single player Civ 4 Beyond the sword. Im also using this mod.

savegames are editable as text files, try that
