How to copy a table into a post?

How can you, if you can at all, copy and paste a table into a post on these forums?

Do you mean copying a table from an external source (e.g., Excel) into a forum post (as opposed to copying a table from an existing forum post into a new post)? Xenforo has specific (quite rudimentary) table formatting requirements, so it's doubtful that a table from another source will match those requirements, but you can post an image of the source table, which might fit your needs.

My table is on Excel at the moment. So would taking a screenshot of it and then copy/pasting it onto the forums work?
