How to delete E.U.I.?

Because of frequent Civ V MP crashes decided to revalidate the files, was informed of 11 missing files so decided to uninstall and reinstall. Now I have somehow acquired the E.U.I. from the Community Balance Overhaul, which I don't want. A year ago I downloaded the CBO and soon deleted it, with no carryover problems until this game reinstall. Steam doesn't show any of the CBO mods in my game Mod files. Any ideas how I find this EUI mod and delete it?

OK, I was directed to the game folder "assets/dlc" where I deleted the EU_bc1 file and all's well again.
