How to disable experience gain text

Hello everyone, first post here. Came to ask a question.

There's this annoying delay before being able to click 'Next turn'. I suspect it's because of the "+43 XP" text that pops up after fighting an enemy. I believe there's also a health loss text? Is it possible to disable this text from showing up? I'd like to press Next turn right after fights instead of waiting for those things to fade away which is about 4-5 seconds of wasted time.

No mods, not into that thing. Also, this is the Gold Edition if that helps. To clarify, let's say I have one last battle to execute between two units. After the fighting is done, I should be able to click Next Turn right away, but I have to wait until they get back into their positions and then wait for the xp gain or whatever to finish showing.

I am not sure how to turn that off. In the games I play, you do not have to wait. It is weird though, when you scroll back over an area, the numbers will show up and fade away.
