How to download a Mod

I get completly stuck when trying to download a mod and i can never seem to unzip it into the mod folder of my civ4 warlords can someone plz give me some detailed instructions

1. Download the mod, and unzip it to some directory (or unzip it to the path given in the next step).
2. Put the folder that you unzipped in the C:\Program Files\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Mods directory.
3. Start Civilization IV.
4. Go to Advanced -> Load Mod.
5. Select the folder name.
