How to experiences a Cultural Revolution

At first I have to say it's really a great mod.

This is the problem i met.
I the one first to build the Wonder (MOAI STATUE).But no Cultural Revolution happen. I can't adopt any Government types. After 2 turn, anohter civ finished Great Wall,and its Cultural Revolution begun.

What should I do? Which button should I click to make my Cultural Revolution happen?

That particular Wonder is a National Wonder, not a World Wonder (difference being that Nationals can be built once in each empire, regardless of any other player having built it.) Only WW's count.

Yep... National Wonders get lumped in with Wonders in the UI which can make things confusing sometimes. I'll tweak the tooltip so it specifies that National Wonders aren't included.
