How to get rid of this virus?

Hi,
I got infected with the shipping level.exe virus. And its really annoying because it produces email error messages like the attached image.

Norton can block the send mails but its useless when it comes to actually getting rid of the Virus. Malwarebytes also did not detect it. Gridinsoft didn't work either. Does anyone know how to actually get rid of this thing once your system is infected?
