How to get the Reliquaries pantheon?

I’m usually playing on immortal level and for the longest time thought that Religious Settlements is by far the most coveted pantheon. You need to get lucky with religion early on to get it on Immortal level however. But it’s not impossible.

Lately I have been playing with Kongo however, and it seems the Pantheon of choice for that Civ would be Reliquaries. However, I’ve not seen it available, not ever. Not even when I find a relic in a goody hut early on and get to pick a Pantheon in just a few turns.

I started to wonder if it still exists even. But in my current game it shows Lautaro has it. Is it the Pantheon that is most favorite with the AI?

Pantheon of choice for that Civ would be Reliquaries

Reliquaries is not a pantheon its a belief. You need a religion to get it. Since you cant found a religion as Kongo you need to get extremly lucky that someone else spreads that belief to your cities.
