I redownloed Test of Time after years of having not played it and I could use some direction. My spaceship reached Alpha Centauri but after that nothing else happened.
I can see the goal for Ultrastring Theory which if I'm correctly informed is needed to send colonists to the planet.
But I cannot see the planet and can only research future tech.
Do I have to reach Alpha Centauri first for these events to occur? I was the second to reach the planet after the AI.
If I turn on cheats I can see the planet but the Japanese are not there either.
Any help for this noob?
