how to keep your Hall of Fame

Anyone know how to keep the Hall of Fame.

I am reloading the whole game including Legends of Revolution Mod onto a new Hard Drive and would like to retain all my previous scores,

I am a complete novice when it comes to things like this so any help ot directions would be appreciated

It might work if you copy your replays folder and then when you reinstall the game, replace the new empty one with your old one.

It has been a few years since I tried to do this, and I believe I was successful with my Civ 4 Warlords Hall of Fame.

Save the content of the Documents/My games/( the expansion you're using )/Replays folder
