How to know the position of the rival's capital?

I found that some country will not collapse even if I conquest their capital. So I would like to know how to find the position of the rival's capital so that I can give them a death?

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but capitals have a star around the population number instead of a circle. If you're saying you don't know where their capital actually is (because you haven't found it on the map yet), the locations are all historically accurate, so just look at where the city is IRL.
