- Cancel all rent and mortgage payments temporarily

- Cancel all internet and cable charges temporarily

- Give everyone access to the world's entertainment media libraries and streaming services for free, temporarily

- Give everyone access to the world's online gaming libraries for free, temporarily

- Give adults access to all the world's porn sites, for free, temporarily

- Mandate that all food has to be delivered to your door, and standardize the way that happens

- Send the military into the streets and coordinate with local and other police

- Anyone found violating social distancing protocols gets beaten by military police

- A force field covering the whole city like in the Simpsons movie might be needed to make all of this work
