How to make a JPEG large in a thread

Question how does one make a picture large in a thread not small like a JPEG

I have absolutely no idea what you mean. What kind of thread? Is this about modding at all? Civ4 uses .dds images, not .jpg.

I think he is asking "How do post a big picture here? In a post? When I upload/attach a jpeg it gets turned into a small thumbnail which people need to click on to enlarge."

Instead of adding it as an attachment, upload it to an external server (e.g. mediafire), use the image icon (which adds an IMG tag) and paste the link.
