Very first time modding, almost 0 prior experience and the 'Jasper Kitty' example mod isn't helping much. I need help with two things in my mod, one significantly more complicated than the other. The 'easier' one first:
-How do I make an Encampment District replacement?
I need a complete copy paste for this example. Also say for example I would like it to provide Science, Great Engineer Points and Production per adjacent Strategic Resource. What modifiers would I need to type for that.
The second, harder one:
This may seem like a wierd mechanic to implement, but I want the game to calculate the total garrison strength of a city - the center and the encampment - and provide resources based on that. How would I do, e.g, every 10 or ever 50 strength it gives you +1 of a yield?
