How to make my mod compatible with other mods?

Hi, I'm creating a mod related to great people right now, and other great people add modes also include the great people I want to create, so if I apply that mod, I want to make sure that overlapping great people within my mod doesn't appear in the game.
I got information like Criteria, LoadOrder, etc through various googling, but I'm not sure how to use these yet.
I'd appreciate it if you could let me know how to apply these. I'll attach a related screenshot.
