how to play C3C with the european terrain?

I can't find it in the editor..........

Do you have PTW? The European terrain is in PTW and you can just move the art to Conquests.

Yep, I have PTW, but how would I do that?

I know, I'm a dumbass, please bear with me.....

You can go to C:\Program Files\Infogrames Interactive\Civilization III\CIV3PTW\Scenarios and then click on European terrain and there it is.

the messed up thing is, all the other graphics mods, such as the watercolour and snoopy's are there, but no euro terrain.....

damn. This is annoying.

You can also install it as your default terrain.

I spoke too soon.....for some reason if I want to play with european terrain the new conquests civs aren't in the game........


I can make it my default terrain? Please explain.......

The easiest way is to make a scenario that points to it in the scenario search folders. (See the picture)

A more permanent way is to copy it over the terrain for Conquests. Make sure you backup the fiels if you want to do this.

Warpstorm's method is probably the easiest.

However, it would be easier in the long run (maybe) to install them as your default graphics. To do, simply back up your reguarly Civ3 graphics (just in case you want to switch back), and then after doing so, copy/paste and overwrite the European graphics into your default art folder.
