There is a thing called http://www.streammygame.com/ "Stream my game" that lets you stream games online using a video overlay to play games remotely. That way you can play games on a computer with less than the requirements or enable you to play a game at highest specs from a different machine.
Are there other services like this and/or one at least that offers Civ 5? I want to play in directx 11 mode with all max settings and my system isnt capable.
